Drivers pick from active vehicles when they clock in. The odometer you enter is the starting reading: a driver cannot clock in with a lower reading.
- 1Open Vehicles and press Add vehicle.
- 2Enter the registration, Type, Make, Model, Capacity and current Odometer.
- 3Enter the registration expiry, Insurance expiry and Next service due dates.
- 4Under Oil change and service, enter how often each is due by distance and days. Leave a box blank if you do not track it.
- 5Leave the Status as Active and save.
