Hourly, daily, fixed monthly, per km or per drop pay with overtime, employee and employer PF at 12%, and income tax for the new and old regimes (FY 2026-27).
Attendance with photo proof
Drivers clock in with the selfie, odometer and vehicle photos you require, stamped with time and GPS, and a depot geofence.
UPI, card or netbanking

How much is FleetKraft in India?+
INR 29,999 + GST a month per company, with every feature and unlimited drivers. 18% GST is added, and each payment includes a card processing fee of 2.36% of the payment, so you pay INR 36,412.84 a month in total.
Does FleetKraft create GST invoices for my customers?+
Yes. Invoices show your GSTIN and the customer’s, the place of supply, and CGST + SGST or IGST worked out from the two states.
How do I pay for FleetKraft in India?+
An Admin pays ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months on the Billing page, as a one-time payment by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. There is no mandate and no autopay. UPI usually allows up to INR 1,00,000 a payment, so for 3 months or more use netbanking or a card. We remind you 5 days before the paid time ends.
