Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Every new company starts with a free trial (normally 30 days). Nothing is charged during the trial.
• No card is needed to sign up or to book. You can pay at any time during the trial; the paid months then start when the trial ends.
• If you do not pay, FleetKraft becomes read-only when the trial ends and you are never charged.

• FleetKraft has no autopay: you pay ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time, and nothing is charged automatically. To stop, simply do not renew.
• FleetKraft keeps working until the end of the time you have paid for, and then becomes read-only.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To close your account sooner, email us at info@fleetkraft.com from the account's email address.

Because every company can try FleetKraft free before paying, payments are not refundable, and we do not refund unused months or part of a month if you stop using FleetKraft.

We refund the payment in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same period (for example, two payments made at the same time), or
• a payment was taken by mistake because of a technical error on our side.

Email info@fleetkraft.com within 30 days of the payment, with your company name, the date and amount of the payment and the Payment ID on your receipt. We reply within 2 working days, and an approved refund is sent back to the card or bank account it was paid from within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

FleetKraft is an online service: there is nothing to ship. Your account works as soon as you sign up, on the web at fleetkraft.com and in the FleetKraft driver app on Android and iPhone.

After the trial or the paid period ends, your company's data stays available read-only for 6 months, so you can look things up and download what you need. It is then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep part of it longer. Paying again within those 6 months brings everything back.
