How does the free trial work?+
Sign up and use everything free for one month: no card is needed to sign up or to book. When you are ready, an Admin pays ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months on the Billing page, and the paid months start when the trial ends, so no free days are lost. There is no autopay: nothing is ever charged automatically, and we remind you 5 days before the trial or the paid time ends.
Which countries does FleetKraft work in?+
Australia, the United States, Canada and India. Your company works in its own currency, time zone, units (km or miles) and public holidays. The subscription is billed in your own currency too: AUD, USD, CAD or INR (plus GST in India).
Do my drivers need a special device?+
No. Drivers use the free FleetKraft driver app on the Android or iPhone they already have, or the driver web app in the phone’s browser. Office staff use the web app on any computer; your customers book and track in their own portal and need no app.
Can FleetKraft pay my drivers?+
FleetKraft calculates pay from approved shifts using each driver’s pay structure and produces payslips. Payment itself always goes from your own bank account.
Where is my data kept?+
Your data stays private to your company: other companies on FleetKraft can never see it, and you can export it at any time.
What happens if I cancel?+
There is nothing to cancel: FleetKraft has no autopay and no minimum term. If you do not renew, FleetKraft keeps working until the end of the time you paid for, then becomes read-only and you can export everything for 6 months. After that the data is permanently deleted.
