The dispatch board shows every job that needs a driver next to every driver, on-duty drivers first. It refreshes every 15 seconds; Refresh updates it at once.
- 1Open Dispatch board.
- 2Drag a job from "Needs a driver" onto a driver's card, or press Allocate on the job.
- 3In the Allocate window choose the Driver and optionally a Vehicle, then press Allocate.
- 4The job becomes Allocated and appears in the driver's app straight away.
