On the job page, the Proof of delivery card shows who received it, the date and time, a GPS location link, the signature and every delivery photo, the moment the driver completes it. The timeline shows each step with its time and a map link.
For a failed attempt, the timeline shows the driver's reason and the photo is kept on the job. Customers see who received each shipment in the portal, and the receiver sees it on the tracking page.
