Every job has its own private tracking link, with no login needed. The receiver and the sender get it in the booking email, and anyone can open it by scanning the QR code on a label.
The page shows your company name, logo and contact details, the status, the pickup town and delivery town, the deliver-by time, a timeline with in-transit areas, a map with the vehicle while the freight is on board, and who received it once delivered. A cancelled job says who cancelled it: "Cancelled by <your company>" or "Cancelled at the customer's request".
