Autopay is optional and only there when your Billing page shows Turn on autopay (the FleetKraft team decides which companies get it). It charges one month at a time, at your monthly price including the processing fee (and in India 18% GST), and each charge adds one month to your paid time and emails a receipt.
The first charge is when your current time ends (the end of the free trial, or the paid-until date if you paid ahead), so you never pay twice for the same days. Nothing is charged when you turn it on: Razorpay only checks your card (in India, your bank eMandate or card; UPI is not offered for autopay). Pay now keeps working next to autopay.
Outside India, a discount is used on the first autopay charges (for example "The first 2 charges are 50% off"), then the full price. In India, discount months are paid ahead first: the Billing page says "Your discount months are paid ahead with Pay now; autopay can be turned on after them". A discount code can only be added or removed while autopay is off.
If a charge fails, Razorpay tries again and the Billing page shows "Charge failed". Your paid time is not extended, the normal renewal reminders come back, and FleetKraft stops when the paid time ends unless a charge or a payment goes through, so pay ahead with Pay now to be safe. Press Turn off autopay at any time: nothing more is charged and the time you have paid for stays.
- 1Open Billing. Under Autopay, read the amount and the date of the first charge.
- 2Press Turn on autopay. Razorpay's window opens: add your card (in India choose eMandate, recommended, or a card) and approve it.
- 3The Autopay card then says "Autopay on" with the next charge and its date.
- 4To stop it, press Turn off autopay and confirm.
