Only companies in India pay GST on the subscription: 18% on top of the price, included in each payment. FleetKraft is a product of an Indian business, so companies in Australia, the United States and Canada pay no GST or sales tax on it (export of service).
This is separate from the sales tax you charge your own customers on your invoices, which you set in Settings, Invoices.
