No. Every record belongs to one company, and every request is checked against the company of the person making it. Nobody outside your company can see your jobs, customers, drivers or pay.
Inside your company each person sees only what their role allows; drivers see only their own jobs, shifts and payslips, and customers only their own jobs, invoices and stock.
