Use Export CSV on the Invoices page for every invoice line, save invoices as PDFs from their pages, and download each pay run's bank file (CSV) from Payroll. Customers can download their own invoices from the portal.
Your data stays available read-only for 6 months after a subscription ends, so you can still look things up and download what you need. For anything else, email info@fleetkraft.com.
