Draft: being prepared; lines can be added or removed and its jobs are reserved. Sent: emailed to the customer or marked as sent, waiting for payment. Part paid: some payment received, the rest still due. Paid: nothing is left to pay. Void: cancelled; its jobs can be invoiced again. Overdue is shown on a sent or part-paid invoice past its due date with something still to pay.
