In the FleetKraft app: open the iPhone's Settings, Notifications, FleetKraft and turn on Allow Notifications, then check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not hiding them. Then press Send test notification on the driver's page to check.
Drivers using the browser version at fleetkraft.com/driver turn notifications on under Account, Turn on notifications. On iPhone, web notifications only work for a site added to the Home Screen (Share, Add to Home Screen) and opened from there, so we recommend the FleetKraft app.
