Open Messages. Choose the driver, type the message and press Send. To send a photo or video, press the paper clip; photos can be up to 10 MB and videos up to 30 MB. The driver reads it in the app's Messages tab and replies there.
The list shows one conversation per driver, with unread counts and a green dot for drivers on duty. The Messages icon in the top bar shows unread driver messages.
