To stop password guessing, after 10 wrong passwords for an email from the same place, logins are paused for 15 minutes. Many wrong passwords for one email from different places pause it for an hour, except from places where that login worked before, so nobody can lock you out by guessing.
Wait for the pause to end, or reset your password with Forgot password? on the login page: a password reset lifts the pause straight away.
