After each payment FleetKraft emails a receipt to your company's Admins and Accounts team, with the amount, the period it covers, the months and the Payment ID. In India it shows the 18% GST included.
Every payment is also listed on the Billing page under Payment history: the date, period, months, amount, discount, method and Payment ID. Press Receipt in its row to open the receipt, then Print / Save as PDF. If you need anything else, email info@fleetkraft.com with your company name and the receipt number.
