What reminders do I get before FleetKraft stops?

In the last 5 days before the free trial or the paid period ends, the Admins and the Accounts team get a browser notification twice a day, at about 10:00 and 17:00 company time: "Renew your subscription — FleetKraft stops in 3 days" (then "in 2 days", "tomorrow", "today"). They also get an email each morning. Other office staff see the same message as a popup in open FleetKraft tabs.

Everyone in the office sees a bar across the top of the web app: "Renew your subscription: FleetKraft stops in" the days left, with a Renew now button for Admins (orange, red on the last two days). If it is not renewed, one last message says "FleetKraft has stopped — renew to continue". Days are counted in your company's time zone. The reminders stop as soon as it is paid; companies billed by the FleetKraft team do not get them.

With autopay on, these reminders are replaced by one calm notice, "Autopay will charge on" the date, and a blue bar saying the same; there are no stop warnings. If an autopay charge fails, the normal reminders come back until a payment goes through.
