The portal has five pages: Shipments (every shipment with status, timeline, who received it, Labels and Track; for a cancelled shipment who cancelled it, the cancellation charge and what was not charged, credited or refunded), Book a pickup (with an instant price from their agreed rates), Warehouse stock (stock levels and Send stock out), Invoices (View / PDF, the amount due after credit notes, and their Credit notes) and Account (change password).
Customers cannot cancel a shipment in the portal; they ask you, and you cancel it as a customer cancellation.
Their bookings arrive as Booked jobs on your dispatch board, exactly like yours.
