A booking takes under a minute. FleetKraft prices it from the rate card, gives it a con note number and prints a barcode label for every piece.
- 1Press New booking on the dashboard, the Consignments page or the top bar.
- 2Under "Who is paying for this job?" choose the customer, or press New customer.
- 3Enter Pick up from and Deliver to: business or person, address with postcode, contact, phone, the Sender email and Receiver email, and the Ready from time. For a regular customer, pick a saved or recent address from "Use a saved or recent address…" instead.
- 4Add the freight lines: description, quantity, weight each, and length, width and height. Tick Contains dangerous goods when it does.
- 5Choose the service and the Deliver by time. The price fills in from the rate card; you can type a different price.
- 6Add any Notes for the driver and press Book consignment. The job is Booked and appears under "Needs a driver" on the dispatch board.
