Each drop becomes its own job with its own con note, labels and tracking link, priced from the rate card. With a driver chosen, the jobs are allocated together and the run is planned within a minute. Up to 200 drops can be booked at once.
- 1On the Consignments page press Multi-drop run.
- 2Choose the customer, the service, the pickup business and address, the contact, the Sender email, and the Ready from and Deliver all by times.
- 3Add each drop: receiver name, address, and optionally phone, email, quantity, weight and description. Press Add a drop, or use Paste from Excel.
- 4Optionally choose the driver and truck and how to Plan the run: One way, finish at the farthest drop, Come back to the depot, Shortest, finish anywhere, or Do not plan now.
- 5Press Book … drops, then Print all labels.
