Only approved shifts are paid. The driver's shifts may still be waiting in Attendance, Needs review, or were rejected. Drivers who have approved shifts but no pay structure are listed on the pay run so you can add one.
Fix the cause (approve the shifts, or add the pay structure on the driver's page), then press Recalculate on the draft pay run.
