Pay rates, tax and bank details are shown only to roles that manage payroll (Admin and Accounts / Payroll). Dispatchers, Customer Service and Fleet can open the Drivers list, but not the pay structure, tax and bank details.
Bank account numbers are stored encrypted and shown only partly on screen.
