Booked: saved, waiting for a driver. Allocated: given to a driver or a subcontractor. Picked up: the freight is with the driver ("In transit" on the dashboard, "On board" in the driver app). Delivered: proof of delivery captured, ready to invoice. Failed: the delivery attempt did not succeed. Cancelled: the job will not go ahead.
