A customer's own card always beats the standard card. Use Pause to stop using a card without deleting it, Delete to remove it, and Remove to take a line off.
- 1In Rates, under New rate card, enter a Name.
- 2Under For, choose All customers (standard) or one customer.
- 3Enter the Fuel levy % and the Minimum per job, then press Create rate card.
- 4Add lines: From zone and To zone (or From anywhere / To anywhere), Service, Base price, Charged by (flat, per kg or lb, per item, or per cubic metre or foot), the Price per unit and an optional Minimum. Press Add rate line.
